In the motorcycle parking plus than many bikes we can see much more beyond what there is.
This photograph is the example.
One of the simplest motorcycle that was parked in the Praça do Município provided the best reflection of St. John the Evangelist Church, better known as the College church.

This the Colégio church, an important Christian monument with a careful architectural and a very refined interior.
The Diocese of Funchal is developing actions in the context of the celebration of the 500th anniversary of the diocese. This flag at the entrance of the Colégio Church is one of the moments that indicates that. The Diocese was established by Pope Leo X, on June 12, 1514. With the growth of the Portuguese Empire, in that time, multiplied missionaries who accompanied the discoverers and developed important work of evangelization. On January 31, 1533, the Pope raised the Bishopric of Funchal and the Archbishop gave him, as a territory, the widest since until today to a diocese. Then again became bishop and is limited to the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
