go down

In the port of Funchal, although the movement of ships is increasing throughout the year, is characterized by two times of high intensity. In April, some cruise ships that make cruises in the Caribbean and throughout that area, traveling to Europe where they are positioned to travel in the summer in the Mediterranean and Northern Europe. With the arrival of autumn in Europe, with the leaves falling from the trees, the ships which came to warm in the sun make the way around. As they say here, after they come "up", in November go "down" as I shown in the picture I have take in the other day, with a Holland America ship go "down". In this picture we can see also the tower of the Convent of Santa Clara on the left.
